From Tension, to Intention
Lead from Your Core.
With Clarity.
And Focus.
More than just a well-being practice or exercise, Yoga is a journey of the self, through the self, to the self.
Give yourself and your teams the tools to manage stress, focus on what’s missing and needed and improve their resilience in everyday life (and maybe a break from the screen, also).
Get out of your head.

“Flow and Go was a welcome break from a very stressful day. I disconnected, it went quickly, and I felt able to face the afternoon. AWESOME.”
“I joined the session feeling quite stressed from the morning & left being able to tackle the rest of the day. A perfect lunchtime pick-me-up, and I can’t wait for more sessions. Emma is my new favourite yoga teacher! Thank you!””
“At first, I felt a little daft doing the asana at my desk with colleagues in the office, but by the third movement, I really didn’t care as I was enjoying it too much! ”

Hey, I’m Lamps. And I’ve been a Yogi for the last fifteen years (or so, I forget how old I am).
I came to a regular Yoga practice years ago, when facing burn out I just didn’t know what else to do. I soon found that what Yoga had to teach me changed my life both on and off the mat. Yoga calmed me down, allowed me to take control of my hyperactive and impulsive brain and gave me the equanimity to know that I can only influence my effort, not the outcome. Yoga changed my perspective on work, life, love and more importantly, myself.
In 2020, I was diagnosed with severe scoliosis. Luckily (I guess), I have an S curve; it’s not the most obvious, but it’s equally bad in both directions, so I stand up straight (lol). The only option I was given was surgery. It was only a matter of time until I needed it.
Well, I’m nothing if not stubborn. And I don’t want surgery, so I’ve been on a quest ever since to improve my health, mobility, strength and life. Reducing my curves was never the goal, but I’ve managed it through Yoga, Power Lifting and regular Chiro adjustments.
Anyway, I can’t sum up how much Yoga has improved my life. It’s made me a more effective leader, balanced person, and compassionate human. Come flow with me; I’d love it.
