Something new. And a re-introduction.
This is Rebel Growth: The Rules Don't Apply.
(Unless They Work for You)
I reckon you’re here because you’re tired. Am I right?
Tired of the grind. Tired of pushing through. Tired of being told that success requires sacrifice, that leadership means being "on" 24/7, and that taking care of yourself is something you'll get to "later".
I get it. I’ve been there.
The Breaking Point
I’ve spent years building commercial strategies and scaling customer success teams. I think I’m pretty good at it; I’ve got a strong track record of driving down churn and delivering NRR of over 120%. I’ve built and scaled teams, I’ve built and scaled companies, I’ve climbed the ladder, I’ve fallen off the ladder, I’ve gone back up the ladder…
And I’ve burnt out.
I spent years ignoring the signs. Pushing through pain, making decisions from stress instead of clarity, doggedly focused on achieving the “next big thing”. Just reach the next milestone, and then you’ll rest. Then you’ll be happy.
I didn’t rest. I was never happy.
Then I broke.
Yoga helped me find myself in the aftermath. Not the Instagram-perfect, sunrise-on-the-beach kind. The messy, sweaty, sometimes-to-Pearl-Jam kind helped me get out of my hyperactive brain and back into my body.
That's when everything shifted.
Fuck the Rules.
Here's what I learned: the rules are made up.
All of those rules we live by are made up. They were made up by people who don’t look or live like you, probably to stop people like you from getting to the top.
You don’t need to sacrifice yourself and your health for career success.
You don’t have to practice Yoga in silence.
You don’t have to choose between being successful and being human.
High stress is not high performance.
The next thing you’re working towards will not make you happy. Unless you let it.
The people who burn out aren't the ones who aren't trying hard enough. They're the ones following rules that were never designed for sustainable success in the first place.
So I stopped following them.
I started doing yoga to music that energised me. I began making decisions from a grounded place, rather than a panicked one. I built strategies that prioritised sustainability over just hitting the next milestone. And you know what? I became a better leader, a better coach, and a better human.
What’s Rebel Growth?
It’s a space to rebel.
On my way back from burnout, I realised that I’m driven by growth. I need to feel like I’m developing and growing to sustain my best energy. How can I constantly be growing if I don’t want to continually be grinding?
But fucking off the rules that don’t work for me.
This isn’t hustle culture. This is taking the bits, the work, and fucking off the bits that don’t. This is a space for recognising our humanity and our imperfection, yet still showing up as authentic humans.
Here's what you'll find:
Embodied leadership practices that actually work in the real world (not just in theory)
Honest conversations about burnout, recovery, and building businesses that don't destroy you
Movement and mindfulness techniques for people who can't sit still (hello, ADHD friends)
Customer success and growth strategies that prioritise people over metrics (because sustainable growth requires both)
Permission to do things your way—even if it looks nothing like what everyone else is doing
What You'll Get Out of It
If you stick around, you'll learn how to:
Make better decisions by getting out of your stress response
Build sustainable growth strategies that don't require burning out your team (or yourself)
Integrate movement and mindfulness into your actual life (not some idealised version of it)
Lead from your core—literally and figuratively
Break the rules that aren't serving you and create new ones that do
There's No Such Thing as Work/Life Balance
Because it's all just life. And you get to decide how to live it.
You don't need permission to do things differently. You don't need to wait until you're "ready" or until everything is perfect. You just need to start.
So whether you're a burned-out founder, a customer success leader drowning in escalations, or someone who just knows there has to be a better way, welcome.
Let's rebel together.
